Export and Import:
Crystal realizes the magnitude of the ongoing global shrinkage. Brands have now access to consumers worldwide through the net, the only restrictions, perhaps being that of purchasing power and the image or worthiness of the country of manufacture. Consumers too have an unlimited pool of products or manufacturers that they can choose to include in their consideration set. In such a scenario the quality of the product becomes an attribute of paramount importance. An orientation towards the consumer by proactively addressing to his evolving needs by innovatively designing, communicating and locating the company's products has become a must.

Crystal has welcomed these new opportunities and threats in an active and open manner. The company has been negotiating possible business linkages with manufacturers in countries that are technologically better equipped with an idea to import their ranges for introduction in the domestic market, giving the Indian consumer the benefit of instant access to products of international standards. Towards this end Crystal has already procured tie-ups with Bossini and Palazzani of Italy, Swarovski of Austria as well as Grundfos of Netherlands.

ARK has, in the meanwhile, gained acceptance in the Sri Lankan market. The company has also been exporting to the Middle East. Negotiations are also on for establishing business with many Asian, European & North American Countries.
